Unibody Rack
LEFT: This is a small bench type machine for Unibody body vehicles and is used mainly as a second Frame Rack for light pulls. It features one 5 ton pulling tower.
Tru 360 degree Frame Rack
LEFT: This is a great Frame Machine it has true 360 degree pulling capability. As you can see this Frame Machine does have wheels on the towers that roll on the floor to help support the tower. This is also a tilt bed design one end of the Frame Rack lowers to allow you to drive on. And also features front and rear removable cross members for easy access to the vehicle.
True 360 degree Frame Rack with Mounted Towers
LEFT: This style of Frame Rack has true 360 degree capabilities and does not have wheels on the towers. They are supported on the Frame Rack with a series of bearings that create a very nice smooth rolling tower. This feature makes the tower easier to move and set up which helps increase production times. This is also a tilt bed design one end of the Frame Rack lowers to allow you to drive on. And also features front and rear removable cross members for easy access to the vehicle.
Signature Frame Rack
ABOVE: This style of Frame Rack has 3 to 5 towers the front three on a stationary hub in the center of the rack which allows for multiple 10 ton pulling locations in the front of the machine and around the sides. With the option of additional 5 ton rear towers make this a much more versatile machine. This is also a tilt bed design one end of the Frame Rack lowers to allow you to drive on. Another feature is front and rear removable cross members for easy access to the vehicle.
Maxima Frame Rack
ABOVE: This style of Frame Rack offers true 360 degree pulling with one central electric hydraulic pump which is capable of running all the towers simultaneously or one at a time. The towers are supported on a series of bearings making for a smooth gliding tower that move effortlessly. It also features a hydraulic deck which is capable of multiple working heights from 12” to 40”. With ramps positioned at either end you can drive straight through if needed. Another feature is front and rear removable cross members for easy access to the vehicle.
Floor system Style Frame Rack
LEFT: This is a Floor System Style Frame Rack. This system is stationary and needs to be bolted to the shop floor. It features one pulling tower and does not allow for pulling in the front or rear of the vehicle. It is the cheapest of all of the frame rack styles but it has several limitations on the work that you can perform.
